L.A. the Author
L.A.'s senior year of high school, Trapped Inside was born. After about 3 weeks, the entire 450 page manuscript was complete. L.A. understands the phrase "life imitates art" too well. Trapped Inside promises to take the reader on an emotional journey towards healing and deliverance for those whom need it; with the compassion of someone who has been there. This book is a must read for those who desire to come out of alternative lifestyles. If you have loved ones living alternative lifestyles, this book will give you understanding of their emotional state of minds and wisdom on how to minister to them.
Trapped Inside is a novel about a girl named Paris McNeal, whom, in the most formative years of life, was sexually molested by the men closest to her. In turn, she became a lesbian, only feeling safe in the arms of women. Paris’ senior year of high school was the beginning of what would seem like a lifetime of confusion and pain, when she met her life partner, Jordan Banks. Wealth they had, Jordan being a multimillionaire, swept Paris right off of her feet. With all the money they possessed, peace of mind was priceless, and out of Paris’ reach. How will Paris play the cards that life’s hand has dealt her, no longer to be Trapped Inside.

Productions with Purpose
13 Men was inspired by God. After writing 13 Women, L.A. was often asked when was she going to write 13 Men. She hadn't really thought about it, the idea never really stuck until Elder Batiest looked L.A. in her face and asked, "when are you gonna write 13 Men?" It's like her spirit ignited and something woke up in her. As if God had pulled back the blinders and L.A. could see clearly. After that day when asked that infamous question, instead of blowing it off, she began to answer, "13 Men is coming soon." At the time it hadn't dawned on L.A. that she could write a script that would minister to men. She was reminded by God that it would be Him working through her as His vessel and it was okay to go forth. That's all the encouragement she needed.
Below is the poem Single Father, which is on the 13 Men CD. Written by L.A. & performed by Caliko the Poet..
