With the #metoo movement in full force, this book has come along right on time. This isn't the typical sad story of abuse, the resolve is healing and being made free. This book has healing exercises throughout the book for readers to participate in. Even though the main character is a young girl that grows into an adult, this book can be used as a tool for young men as well. No matter what walk of life you come from, if you or someone you know has ever been sexually abused, this is the book that will help them walk through their healing.
